Meet the IT Business Solutions team

A new SLAC IT Business Solutions division formed.

By IT Communications

This past August, Chief Information Officer Jon Russell announced the formation of the new SLAC IT Business Solutions division with the hiring of Isabella Parkinson as the Director and Business System Architect.

“In this role, one of Isabella's first tasks is to oversee the planning for and transition to SLAC’s new Human Capital Management System (HCM) in close partnership with the larger Stanford HR project team, as well as the SLAC HR and Finance teams.” – Jon Russell, CIO

The primary focus of the IT Business Solutions division is to provide excellent service to our clients that focus on sound, streamlined technical solutions. This fiscal year, the Business Solutions teams will be focusing on the voice of the customer, streamlining processes, ROI analysis, and partnering with HR to support the HR Pinnacle implementation, which is part of the ERP Modernization Initiative.

The Business Solutions team is comprised of these groups:

  • IT Project Management team of Bernard Hecker (manager), Olga Bykov, Erika Everingham, and  Kornelia Kowszewicz
  • Business Systems team of  Niyati Dadhich (team lead), Angelica Burdios, Debolina Bhowmick, Nancy Iwasaka, Jennifer Tse, Eiji Suzuki and Dheeraj Hand.

The Business Systems team came over to IT from the Business Services Division to consolidate the technical and functional knowledge of the Human Resources and Financial ERP systems. Their expertise and knowledge of our ERP systems as well as IT project management is critical to the success of this organization’s goals.

“The Business Solutions team is excited to be a part of SLAC IT and we look forward to serving your needs. I personally am looking forward to working with each of you and learning more about how we can support the great work that you do at SLAC.” – Isabella Parkinson, Business Solutions Director

Please contact Isabella Parkinson with any questions or comments. Your feedback is welcome and encouraged.
